The bunk beds were dusty.

The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Porto. I loved the vibrant courtyard where I could relax and soak up the atmosphere. The chic décor throughout the hostel created a welcoming vibe. I appreciated the helpful staff, always willing to assist and answer my questions. My room was spacious and well-decorated, definitely a plus for solo travelers. However, noise was an issue, especially at night. Soundproofing wasn't great, and I could hear music from the bar and conversations from other dorm mates quite clearly. The kitchen felt cramped for the number of guests, making cooking a bit challenging. There was only one fridge, and it seemed packed. I lost some items to other guests because of this, which was frustrating. While the bar area was lively, I would have preferred more space for guests to mingle without needing to buy something. These aspects made my stay enjoyable but could use improvement.

I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who quickly resolved my initial room issue, and the comfortable bed made for a restful night.

Consider requesting a room further away from the bar for a quieter night, especially on weekends.

Inadequate soundproofing kept me up with noise from the bar!!! Lighting controls were a mystery, leaving me fumbling in the dark!!! Work became a hassle with children running around!!!

I loved the free guided tours and the fun pub crawl they set up. it made my stay super memorable. The sun terrace was perfect for relaxing, and the garden area offered a nice escape. The rooms were a bit small, but honestly, I just needed a cozy spot to crash after exploring! 🌼
